Petro Vista Energy Corp. reports, effective December 31, 2010, that Mr. Read Taylor has resigned as the Company's President, Chief Executive Officer and as a director to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Steven Benedetti, the Company's Vice President of Exploration, will replace Mr. Taylor as Acting President and Chief Executive Officer. As a result of this change, the Company's head office will return to its corporate offices in Vancouver, Canada.
