Petromanas provides update on Blocks D-E onshore Albania

Petromanas Energy Inc. announced the results of voting at its Annual General Meeting of shareholders, the filing of its financial results for the first quarter of 2014, and an update on Blocks D-E onshore Albania.

The Company is pleased to announce that each of Glenn McNamara, Verne Johnson, Wesley Clark, Frank Giustra, Gordon Keep, Gerard Protti, and Jeffrey Scott were elected as directors of the Company at its Annual General Meeting of shareholders held today
