Prosafe is implementing two organisational changes to strengthen the corporate management team and better prepare for the future development of the business.

Karl Ronny Klungtvedt, presently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will from 1 July take the role as Executive Vice President Strategy and Corporate Planning.

Martin Kolnes, presently Vice President Finance and Accounting will from 1 July take the role as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr Kolnes will also join the corporate management team.

Martin Kolnes (born 1969) joined Prosafe in 1998 and has held several positions within Finance and Accounting. He graduated as a state authorised accountant from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen, Norway.

Following the change of positions, Karl Ronny Klungtvedt will continue his responsibility for investor relations matters.
