Prospectiuni SA has appointed Andrew Clark to the newly created position of President of Prospectiuni SA. Effective immediately, Andrew will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business activity of the company and will assume some of the responsibilities of the present CEO, Gehrig Schultz.
