Providence appoints Philip O'Quigley as Finance Director

PROVIDENCE

Providence Resources P.l.c., the AIM (London) and IEX (Dublin) listed oil & gas exploration and production company, declares the appointment of Mr. Philip O'Quigley as Finance Director with immediate effect.

Mr. O'Quigley joined Providence in July 2008 as Chief Financial Officer.
