Questerre Energy Corporation has recently spud a 100% working interest well in the Kakwa-Resthaven area of west-central Alberta.

Michael Binnion, President and Chief Executive Officer of Questerre commented, "This well will test the liquids rates from our south Kakwa acreage. After our 09-01 Well which confirmed high pressure gas rates, we are looking forward to the results from this well. With ten net sections in this area that have not yet been assessed for resources, positive results could materially improve our Montney resource base."
