Red Fork Energy Limited-2

Red Fork Energy Limited says that the Rosier #2-27 well at West Tulsa successfully reached its target depth of 3,724 feet with no unusual drilling conditions encountered.

The Rosier #2-27 (located at the Company’s 100% owned and operated West Tulsa project) intersected a number of hydrocarbon bearing formations including the Red Fork sand formation, a formation which is already being successfully exploited at West Tulsa. Sample description and log analysis has highlighted oil bearing pay of approximately 70 feet in the Red Fork sand.

Log analysis indicates that this productive interval in this new well has increased, with apparently more well developed hydrocarbon bearing zones than those seen in logs from initial off-setting wells at the project, including the Rosier #1- 27 and the Fuss #1-34 wells (both of which are now in production). The Rosier #2-27 well has now been cased and cemented in preparation for completion and production testing.

This is the fifth well to be drilled by Red Fork at West Tulsa (four production wells and one water disposal well) and follows the recently announced very successful production results from this project.
