Rialto Energy Limited advises that Patrick Garo has resigned from his role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect.

Commenting on today's announcement, Managing Director, Mr Rob Shepherd said: "I would like to thank Patrick for his significant contribution to the Company over the last few years. Patrick is a highly capable CFO with whom we have enjoyed working and we wish him well with his future endeavours.

Whilst the departure of our CFO will result in a smaller senior management team, we are confident that the remaining team has more than enough experience and expertise to run the Company in an efficient and cost-effective manner."
