Richmond Energy Partners joins Hannon Westwood and Novas Consulting

Energy Software Intelligence Analytics, a newly formed provider of strategic and business intelligence services, is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Richmond Energy Partners Limited.

Backed by specialist private equity company Energy Ventures, ESIA was formed in January 2015 to assemble a portfolio of businesses that deliver data, research, insight and transaction services for the global energy exploration and production markets and support services. ESIA acquired Hannon Westwood in January 2015 and then acquired Novas Consulting in July 2015. The latest acquisition of Richmond Energy Partners deepens ESIA's coverage in the exploration and appraisal market.
