Ross Offshore increased its holding in Ross Engineering, from 40% to 100%.

The acquisition represents a completion of the already strong relationship between the two companies.

Ross Engineering was founded in 2008, by Lars Andersen and Claus Pedersen who have more than 15 years of experience in the oil and gas well drilling industry, and the company has been growing consistently. They specialize in designing, drilling, completion and work over of wells for oil & gas and geothermal industries.

This represents a great contribution for Ross Offshore. Ross Engineering has already added a considerable amount of knowhow, and with this we will expand our business to areas such as land-exploration and geothermal drilling. We look forward to implement Ross Engineering to the already strong and firmly based Ross culture and welcome them as full member of the ‘family’, says CEO of Ross Offshore, Frode Losnedal.
