RWE drills dry well east of the Aasta Hansteen in Norwegian Sea

The well was drilled about 60 kilometres east of the Aasta Hansteen field in the Norwegian Sea.

The well will be classified as dry. Data acquisition and sampling have been carried out.

This is the first exploration well in production licence 330. The production licence was awarded in the 18th licensing round in 2004.
