Sachin Mehra named treasurer of Hess Corporation

Hess provides capital and exploratory budget for 2008

Hess Corporation has named Sachin Mehra as Vice President and Treasurer of the Corporation effective March 1, 2008. Mr. Mehra replaces Robert J. Vogel, who will retire from Hess after 18 years of service.

Mr. Mehra joined Hess in April 2007 as Vice President and Deputy Treasurer. Previously, he worked for 10 years at General Motors Corp. in a variety of treasury-related functions in New York, Singapore, Brussels and Shanghai.
