Sevan Marine ASA

Sevan Marine has received a letter of resignation from Jan Erik Tveteraas, advising that he resigns from the Board of Directors of Sevan Marine ASA for personal reasons.

The Company will discuss replacement plans and alternatives with major shareholders and the Nomination Committee.
