Aberdeen-based sand management specialist, SMS (Sand Monitoring Services Ltd), reports the completion of a six figure contract to procure, commission and integrate two complete sand monitoring systems, for Bien Dong Petroleum - Vietnam.

Ali Moncur, Integrated Project Engineering Manager for SMS, comments, “The completion of the contract for Bien Dong Petroleum sees SMS expand further into Asia with the award and delivery of our largest ever export contract. SMS has supplied two complete platform sand monitoring systems and will commission these Q4 2011. The award of this six figure contract signifies SMS as industry leaders in the supply of sand management expertise.
