Solomon Associates-2

Solomon Associates will partner with Reza Investment Company Ltd. (Reza), a Saudi Arabia-based firm, to offer Solomon Associates benchmarking and consulting services in the Middle East region.

“The energy industry in the Middle East is expanding at an extremely rapid pace, with major capital projects in the oil, gas, and power sectors, as well as an increased focus on modernization and efficiency of existing facilities,” said Charles Reith, senior vice president and Middle East business development leader for Solomon Associates. “By partnering with the experienced team at Reza—with its deep understanding of, and established contacts within, the Middle Eastern business community—Solomon Associates will be able to more effectively meet the needs of this market.”

“Solomon Associates is highly respected in the global energy industry and has a long history of successful client engagements in the Middle East,” said H. Delano Roosevelt, director of new business development for Reza. “As the energy sector in the region grows, we believe that energy companies here can greatly benefit from Solomon Associates’ services—in particular, their benchmarking, NCM³, and Q1 Day 1 offerings.”

Solomon’s benchmarking studies are conducted on a global basis in all energy sectors – refining, petrochemicals, gas processing, liquid and gas pipelines, terminals, and power generation. New studies include advance process control, automation, and reliability and maintenance.

NCM³ Consulting helps refineries, chemical plants, and power plants identify and address opportunities for operational improvement. Unlike consulting firms that rely on simplistic or capital-intensive approaches—like short-term cost-cutting techniques, headcount reductions, or major capital investments—Solomon Associates focuses on sustainable operational improvements designed to maximize margins on existing assets over the long term, with an emphasis on improving work practices and business processes by using industry best practices as a foundation.

Q1 Day 1 Consulting is for energy companies that are in the process of building new facilities. This service enables clients to reduce the risk of financial loss by ensuring that competitive targets and best practices are integrated into the design of new plants before they are constructed.
