JKX joins new Poltava producer

U.K.-listed Ukrainian explorer JKX has tested an appraisal of its eastern Ukrainian discovery I128 and found gas flowed at rates of 4.6 million feet of gas per day from a spot to the northwest.

Well I129 is a “deviated development well” drilled to 2,390 metres by a Skytop 75 rig and already tied into a pipeline.

The rig has moved on and is drilling I131, an appraisal of the Molchanovskoye Tournasian discovery at Potava, Ukraine.
