T.D. Williamson names new CEO

T.D. Williamson, Inc. has promoted Mr. Bruce Binkley to President and Chief Executive Officer effective September 10, 2008.

Binkley replaces Dick Williamson, who has led the company for the past 16 years and who will continue as Chairman of the Board. During Williamson’s tenure, T.D. Williamson, Inc. has grown significantly by offering an expanding array of piping maintenance and integrity solutions to its global customers.

Since 2005, Binkley has served as President and Chief Operating Officer for TDW. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Western Hemisphere Region. He has 29 years of experience in financial and operational management for companies such as Phillips Petroleum and Unit Rig & Equipment, including 21 years in various roles with TDW. Binkley joined the TDW Board of Directors on December 9, 2004, and he assumed the position of President and COO of T.D. Williamson, Inc. on January 1, 2005.

Binkley’s broad scope of experience includes extensive knowledge of manufacturing and service operations, business development, acquisitions, new products and services development, international market expansion programs, and domestic and international trade. His experiences afford him an in-depth understanding of the development and deployment of corporate strategies and objectives.

Having earned his CPA qualification in 1983, Binkley also has a B.S. in Business Administration from Harding University, a Master’s Degree in Tax, and an MBA in International Business from the University of Tulsa.
