The Directors of Titan Energy Services are pleased to announce the formal appointment of Christine Hayward as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Rowan Greene as Chief Financial Officer.

Christine joined Titan in September 2014 as CFO/Company Secretary and has held the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer since December 2014. Christine will maintain her role as Company Secretary.

Rowan Greene joined Titan in March 2014 as Commercial Finance Manager and has held the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer since December 2014.
