Tracerco - Perth lab

Tracerco, part of the FTSE 100 Johnson Matthey Plc, has expanded its existing worldwide network of laboratories by adding new facilities for its reservoir tracing services in Australia.

The new laboratory is the second in the Australasian region joining an existing facility in Malaysia. It will enable Tracerco to provide a faster service for its growing customer base in Australia, allowing oil companies to optimise well strategies more efficiently.

Mr Ken Pearson, Managing Director for the Australasian region commented:

“We have seen steady growth in the region for a few years especially with the development of unconventional exploration. Tracerco always strive to give excellence across the service range, and in opening a new laboratory here in Perth, we have effectively brought the analysis to the customer. This means giving them the crucial data they need to plan their production strategies more efficiently than ever before saving time and money. Australia is an area of growing strategic importance for Tracerco so we want to make our service the most accessible and efficient it can be to our customer base here.”
