Transeuro Energy reports change of Board Members

Transeuro updates Beaver River Drilling in British Columbia

Transeuro Energy Corp. reports that David Parry resigned from the Company's management team and board on June 4th, 2011. Mr. Parry has agreed to continue as a project specific consultant to the Company.

The Company would like to thank Mr. Parry for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him good fortune in his future endeavours.

David Worrall, the Company's President and CEO, has been appointed to the Company's board of directors effective June 5th 2011.
