Chairman of Senex Energy Limited Mr Denis Patten announce that Mr Trevor Bourne is to join the Senex Board.

Mr Patten said that Mr Bourne has agreed to join Senex as an independent non-executive Director, and the Board will make the formal appointment on 1 December 2014. He also announced that the 2014 AGM will be his last as Chairman, and that in coming months he will step down from the Chairman's role and the Board will announce the appointment of a new Chairman at that time. Mr Patten will remain on the board.

Mr Patten said Mr Bourne's extensive experience both as a senior executive and as a non-executive director will bring considerable capability to the board as the company embarks on its next phase of growth.
