United Hunter Oil and Gas declares Director resignation

United Hunter Oil & Gas Corp.

United Hunter Oil & Gas Corp. declares the resignation of Mr. Daniel Bloch from the Corporation's board of directors effective as of January 23, 2013. The Corporation will be seeking a replacement during the interim.

The Corporation's Chief Executive Officer Arthur Halleran said, "We would like to thank Mr. Bloch for his contributions and efforts during his time on the board and we wish him continued success in future."
