Wentworth declares the resignation of Non-Executive Director, Richard Schmitt, with immediate effect, in order to allow Mr. Schmitt to pursue his other business opportunities.

The Company would like to thank Mr. Schmitt for his valuable contribution over the past five years and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
