Otto appoints new Company Secretary

Otto Energy in Turkey-2

Otto advised that Mr. Matthew Allen has been appointed to the role of Company Secretary, effective July 1, 2010. Mr. Allen will also continue his role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. Allen replaces Ms. Emma McCormack who has resigned as Company Secretary. The Company would like to thank Ms. McCormack for her services over the period she has been Company Secretary.
