Driving related incidents are still the single largest cause of fatalities in the oil and gas industry. Every 30 seconds someone, somewhere, dies in a road crash, and ten are seriously injured. In 2014 around 1.3m deaths were caused by a road accident.

Stirling Group is on a mission to reduce these shocking numbers with its advanced and defensive driver training which has just been accredited by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA).

This official seal of approval from RoSPA demonstrates that Stirling Group’s driving courses successfully meet a range of rigorous professional standards for the needs of the global energy industry, including how training is delivered, the certification of trainers, and the quality of facilities.
