Advances in separation technology and processes will be put under the spotlight as Aberdeen-based oil and gas specialist Maxoil Solutions shares its expertise in Amsterdam this week.

Two of the company’s specialists will play central roles as the Society of Petroleum Engineers hosts its Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition (ATCE) in the Netherlands. The event concludes tomorrow (October 29).

Ian Bedwell, Process Engineering team lead with Maxoil, will be presenting during a special technical forum examining the scope for unlocking hidden production potential in existing facilities and mature fields.

The upgrading of crude oil separators will be a focus for the session, at which Maxoil’s Brad Nelson, general manager for the Americas region, will be among the moderators.
