Abilene Oil and Gas

Abilene Oil and Gas Limited provides the following update in relation to commencement of further drilling activities at the Central Kansas Uplift Project as received from the joint venture operator CMX Inc.

CMX has advised that the rig has moved to the Steiner #1-25 location and that drilling has commenced. The well is to be drilled to a Total Depth of 3400 feet and is expected to take 8 days.

CMX has advised that a second rig has moved to the Driscoll #1-20 location and that drilling of the Salt Water Disposal Well has commenced. The well is to be drilled to a Total Depth (TD) of 3600 feet and is expected to take 6 days. This well will be used as a dedicated SWDW for the Woelk area production wells and allows for optimal and efficient production.
