Aberdeen-based IT software and services company, Adept Solutions, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Intertek, the global provider of quality and safety services.

The agreement will see Intertek work closely with Adept to design and install tailor-made allocation systems to meet individual project requirements covering everything from simple to complex transportation systems.

In turn, Adept will identify projects where Intertek's consultancy personnel can be used to support its customers that require measurement and allocation consultancy services.
