Agreements between ORLEN Capital Group and Total group

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (PKN ORLEN) reports that on 28 June 2012 it signed a spot agreement with TOTSA Total Oil Trading S.A., Geneve, Switzerland, company belonging to the Total group, for crude oil deliveries to AB ORLEN Lietuva.

The estimated net value of the agreement amounts to approximately USD 70 million (i.e. approximately PLN 240 million, based on the average PLN/USD exchange rate as of 28 June 2012, as stated by the National Bank of Poland).

The total value of agreements signed between PKN ORLEN and companies from the Total group in the period between 27 October 2011 to 29 June 2012 amounts to approximately PLN 760 million.
