Antrim Energy Inc. has added a fourth well to its 2007 Causeway drilling program (Antrim 65.5% and Operator) in the UK North Sea.

The new well will target the Brent sandstones at a depth of 14,150 ft (4,313 m) in the northern portion of the Central Causeway fault block and will be located in the subsurface midway and down structural dip between the recently completed 211/22a-6, which tested 6,300 bopd, and Antrim's 2006 discovery well 211/23d-17z which tested 14,500 bopd.

The fourth location was originally scheduled to be drilled in 2008 as part of a larger development program that included the drilling of several wells designed for future pressure maintenance or water injection. The Company expects the fourth well to accelerate Antrim's development program for the Causeway Field.

As previously announced on August 20, 2007, the Company commenced drilling well 211/22a-8 to appraise the West Causeway fault compartment where oil was discovered in 1984 by well 211/22a-3, testing up to 5,500 barrels of oil per day from the Ness sandstones.

Drilling is ahead of schedule and under budget to complete the project. The fourth well in 2007 will commence drilling immediately following the completion of the current 22a-8 well.
