FMC buys 10% of Roxar

Subsea contractor FMC Kongsberg Holdings has bought a 10 percent ownership stake in Norway-based subsea metering company Roxar, already a “strategic supplier to FMC Technologies” of components and applications.

Houston-based FMC Technologies is a major supplier of turnkey sub-sea production equipment to Africa, the North Sea and Gulf of Mexico.
