Global Maritime, a provider of marine warranty, dynamic positioning and engineering services to the oil and gas sector, has teamed up with emergency response provider Northcott Global Solutions (NGS) to ensure effective medical and security support and travel risk management for the 400 Global Maritime employees worldwide.
The service provided by NGS includes implementation of their travel tracking and risk management system as well as access to the NGS smart phone app that will provide all employees with real-time travel alerts, check-in and SOS functions.
NGS provides 24-hour medical and security assistance via the operations centre based in London and will activate ‘first response’ emergency support within minutes to the actual incident location. NGS utilises its broad base of local partners globally to offer a more flexible and faster solution.
