Independent Oil & Gas announces extension of Blythe and Skipper licences

The Board of Independent Oil and Gas confirm that the Blythe and Skipper licences have been extended by 3 months to 31st March 2014. It is IOG's understanding that longer extensions are expected to be granted once the sale of ATP Oil and Gas UK Ltd (ATP UK) has completed.

ATP UK operates the Blythe and Skipper licences in which IOG has a 50% interest.
