Mott MacDonald has extended its partnership with China Petroleum Engineering (CPE)1 to form a new three party collaboration agreement with China Financing & Investment Property Corporation (CFIPC). This strategic agreement will see the three companies work together to offer comprehensive, customer-focused services across a broad range of sectors.

The three parties intend to pursue opportunities connected to the One Belt, One Road initiative, China’s roadmap for building infrastructure and trade ties.2 Projects will cover ports, energy, oil and gas, utilities, water treatment, waste management plants, roads, bridges, buildings, pipelines and storage, liquefied natural gas, airports and jetties. The partnership is part of a wider initiative between British and Chinese governments to form closer collaboration on infrastructure.
