Northcote Energy disposes of equity investment in CEB Resources

Northcote has disposed of its entire equity investment in CEB Resources plc, the AIM quoted investment vehicle focused on pursuing opportunities in the Indonesian oil and gas sector.

Northcote retains its option to participate in up to 12.5% of CEB's participation in any concessions or other oil and gas transactions that it secures in Indonesia for a period of five years and looks forward to working closely with CEB's world class management team.
