Norwest Energy reports EPA deciding against assessing Arrowsmith 2

Norwest Energy NL reported that The Western Australian Environmental Protection Authority (EPA), has published its determination of "Not Assessed - Public Advice Given" with respect to the proposal in relation to Arrowsmith 2 Hydraulic Fracture Stimulation - EP413, 30 km North of Eneabba, Shire of Irwin.

The 'Public Advice Given' may be viewed at Norwest's webpage, or alternatively at the EPA webpage.

The participants in the EP413/Arrowsmith Joint Venture include Norwest Energy NL (Operator) (ASX: NWE) 27.945%, AWE Limited (via subsidiary Arc Energy Ltd) (ASX: AWE) 44.252% and Bharat PetroResources Ltd 27.803%.
