Preliminary production figures for December 2014 indicate an average daily production of about 1 916 000 barrels of oil, NGL and condensate.

This is 45 000 barrels per day (about 2 percent) less than in November 2014.

Total gas sales were about 11.1 billion Sm3, which is 0.9 GSm3 more than the previous month.

The average daily liquid production in December was: 1 441 000 barrels of oil, 352 000 barrels of NGL and 123 000 barrels of condensate. The oil production is 6 percent below the NPD’s prognosis for December and 7 percent below the oil production in December last year.

The production from the Brynhild field started in December.

The Balder, Draugen, Ekofisk, Fram, Fram H-Nord, Gullfaks Sør, Oseberg Sør, Skuld, Ula and Visund fields had reduced production in December due to technical problems.
