Peterson is celebrating after group head of HR, Mike Fraser, was named winner in the Outstanding HR Director category at the 2015 CHeRries Awards on 4 June.
Mr Fraser, who has more than 35 years’ experience as a HR practitioner was recognised for his consistent outstanding contribution to the firm’s business strategy, since joining in 2012. He was commended for implementing a collaborative culture at Peterson, encouraging greater team work internationally and significantly improving overall performance.
On his success, Mr Fraser said: “To be presented with this accolade from my industry peer group is hugely humbling and is without a doubt a career highlight. This award isn’t just for me, it is for all the people who I have learned from, and worked with, particularly the team at Peterson.
“I hope that my success will be an inspiration for those within Peterson and the wider HR industry.”
The CHeRries Awards celebrates success and examples of excellence in HR, recruitment and training and 2015 marks the 8th year for the glittering evening ceremony.
