PetroFrontier Corp. says that Kent Jespersen and Martin McGoldrick have resigned as directors of the Corporation to pursue other interests.

Both Kent and Martin have been directors of PetroFrontier from its earliest days in 2009 and have been actively involved as directors of the Corporation.

PetroFrontier would like to recognize and thank each of them for their valuable contributions to the Corporation and wishes each of them much success in their future endeavors.
