Raise Production Inc. updates its shareholders on the operational status of its Horizontal Wellbore Production System (the "System") and its rod pump technology.

The System was deployed successfully in the test partner wellbore prior to year-end. All down hole components tested and functioned as per design. The Company anticipates activating the System within the next few weeks once the surface control unit has finished in-house testing of activation cycles and is commissioned.

Consistent with past practice, the Company will not be releasing any production results until the wellbore has stabilized and "cleaned up" which may be a number of months.
