Rockefeller Hughes Corporation TSX is pleased to provide an Operational Update on its Pryor #1H and Vann #4 ST Wells.

Pryor #1H - Robertson County, Texas

The Pryor #1H well is located in the Company's former 'Halo Prospect' for which the acreage was recently divested. The Pryor 1H was completed and tested on December 12th of last year and initially flow tested 305 barrels of oil on the first day. Facilities were completed in January of this year and a frac was performed in March in order to stimulate the reservoir and extend the economic life of the well. Since coming online the well has produced over 6,100 barrels of oil. Average daily production for the week of June 22nd , 2015 was 62 barrels.

Vann #4 ST - Leon County, Texas

The Vann #4 ST well in the Company's Silver Creek prospect is a horizontal well targeting the Woodbine Sands formation. The Vann #4 ST was completed in early June and has since been undergoing testing. To date, approximately half of the fluids that have been used to stimulate the well have been recovered. Traces of oil have been detected but further observation and testing will be required to make any assessment of economic viability. The well is currently being swabbed and making about 200' of fluid per hour from the 4200' level. Rockefeller will provide further updates as they become available.
