Stetson Oil and Gas declares resignation of director

Stetson Oil & Gas Ltd. says that Mr. Lars Vännman has resigned from the board of directors of Stetson. The board of directors of Stetson thanks Mr. Vännman for his contributions to the company.

Following the Stetson annual general and special shareholder meeting, the company's board of directors consists of Mssrs. Fred Leigh, Stan Bharti, Maurice Colson and Chirvani Abdoullaev.
