Wireline Engineering-4

Wireline Engineering has declared the appointment of Magnus Wardle as the first Engineering Director in the Aberdeen company's fourteen year history.

A native of Aberdeen, Mr Wardle re-joins Wireline Engineering from Halliburton Energy Services where he spent the past five years as technology manager and as chief engineer prior to that. He had previously held the role of design manager at Wireline Engineering before joining Halliburton.

As engineering director, Magnus assumes overall responsibility for the design and development of all products supplied by Wireline Engineering Ltd.

Bill Petrie, managing director of Wireline Engineering said: "It's quite a coup for Wireline Engineering to have Magnus back in the team and I'm delighted to make this announcement. His engineering knowledge and experience of product development is second to none and he brings a level of engineering leadership required to move the company forward.
