Bhagwan Marine acquires Delta Subsea

Australian marine services provider, Bhagwan Marine, has acquired Perth-based company Delta Subsea.

Delta Subsea is recognised as a subsea engineering consultancy dedicated to delivering solutions to the offshore energy industry.

As a result of the acquisition, Delta’s managing director, David Husband, will come onboard as Bhagwan Marine’s new subsea engineering manager.
