LGO Energy no longer in active discussions to acquire Trinity-Inniss

LGO clarifies that whilst formal negotiations with the owners of FRAM Exploration (Trinidad) Limited, which holds the Trinity-Inniss Incremental Production Services Contract in Trinidad, have never been formally terminated the Company is not currently in active discussions to acquire these rights.
