Oceanteam to earn €22M on E.ON cable

Oceanteam

Bergen-, Norway based Oceanteam Power & Umbilical will earn €22 million installing the ABB cable to the BARD windfarm in the German North Sea, known as the E.ON Netz HVDC project.

ABB’s sole installation partner at the site is Oceanteam, the latter will use its Oceanteam Installer barge in 2009 to install the 120 kilometre “sub-sea-to-beach” high-voltage cable.
