LGO confirms that, further to its statements of September 2012, and in January and May 2013, Company is still vigorously pursuing its action against Mediterranean Oil and Gas Plc in the High Court of England and Wales in regard to the Company's 31 July 2012 sale of its 10% interest in Malta Area 4 PSC.

Following disclosure, Mishcon de Reya, acting for the Company, has advised that LGO has a good prospect of winning its multi-million pound claim for fraudulent misrepresentation.

A trial date in March 2014 has been set by the Court.

David Lenigas, LGO Chairman, commented,"LGO has steadfastly maintained that it was misled by MOG in July 2012. While we remain open to settlement discussions, we are resolved to vigorously pursue our multi-million pound claim to trial if necessary."
