Saipem awarded new E&C offshore contracts exceeding 600 million euro

Saipem-2

Saipem has been awarded new E&C offshore contracts cumulatively valued at more than 600 million euro. Among the most significant initiatives are:

Saudi Aramco Karan:

An EPCI contract awarded by Saudi Aramco, which involves the engineering, procurement, transportation and installation of offshore structures including observation platform, wellhead production deck module, auxiliary platforms, 20' internally cladded flowline and composite power cable. Offshore installation activities will be performed offshore Saudi Arabia.

Eni Angola East Hub:

An EPCI contract awarded by Eni for Block 15/06 - East Hub Development Project, located approximately 350km north-west of Luanda, Angola. The scope of works includes the provision of 5 flexible risers and 20 km of rigid flowlines, as well as installing SURF facilities which include umbilical sections, rigid spools, well jumpers and 14 PLETs to be fabricated in Angola. The project will be completed by the end of 2016.
